OUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
As all of our items are custom “made to order” (not stocked), we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or returns on any item once it is made. Thus, it is very important to verify the accuracy of your order and inform of us any changes or corrections immediately upon placing your order. If you need to contact us with any changes or corrections to your order promptly after placing such (within 24 hours), your can call us at 904-425-1204 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS:
As all of our items are “made to order” and not stocked, delivery on your items can vary. Photo products, such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, coffee mugs, photographs and framed pictures, generally take 14 days to make and ship from our store. Embroidered apparel, such as hats and polo shirts, generally take 30 days to make and ship from our store given high embroidery demand. If a genuine urgency exists, such as a birthday or veteran illness, please contact us at 904-425-1204 or e-mail us email@example.com, to inquire whether your order can be expedited. We do try our best to accommodate genuine urgency.
MY CREDIT CARD WAS BILLED BEFORE MY ITEM WAS SHIPPED. WHY?
As all of our items are “custom” made to order and not stocked, we bill the client’s credit card at the time of order, which a merchant is allowed to do for custom made non-stocked items. This does not mean you are being scammed. We have been in business for many years and have served thousands of customers. We simply are protecting ourselves from making a custom product that might not be paid for after we have made an item, and which we likely will not be able to re-sell to any other customer given the ways our products can be customized. If at any point in time you wish to find out the status of your order, you may call us at 904-425-1204 or e-mail us firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note the anticipated lead times for your order items as stated above.
CARE FOR YOUR ITEMS TO PREVENT PREMATURE WEAR AND TEAR:
Most of our apparel items, both photographic (such as photo t-shirts) and embroidered (hats and polos.), are 100% cotton, or some blend of cotton. We use 100% cotton on many of our items, for comfort and wearability reasons. For example, on hats, our customers have preferred 100% cotton over traditional wool blend, because this makes the hats much cooler to wear during summer months, and cotton will not “stink” if wet. Nevertheless, just like any other cotton apparel item you wear frequently, such as your underwear, socks or shirts, eventually your items will “wear out”. In fact, we hope you love our items so much, that you will wear them often and come back next year to order again! 🙂
But certain precautions can try and prevent premature wear. For example, our photo t-shirts and sweatshirts should be machine washed “inside out”, and should be air dried whenever possible. Our embroidered hats should not be left in direct sun. Please note that excessive sweat, or even light sweat with a high PH (we all sweat differently and with different chemistry), may cause fading of a cotton hat. While we hope that you’ll wear your hat while golfing and mowing the grass, note that extensive exposure of a navy blue hat to the sun and sweat will cause it to wear out faster. But hats can be replaced… your skin and eyes can’t. So wear your hat with pride, and we’ll be here when you need to reorder. 🙂
