Before you are required to insert any credit card information on our website, you will see the exact total due and that will be charged on our checkout page. The cart page will show you the subtotal of your order (before shipping). Once you proceed to the checkout page, you will enter your shipping information, where shipping options and costs will be displayed. Once you select a shipping method, the final total will be displayed, before you enter your payment information.

Once your transaction is complete, you will be informed of the summary of your order including once again the total. You will also be e-mailed an order receipt and an order invoice confirming your items and total amount of your order.


As all of our items are custom "made to order", we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or returns on any item once it is made. Thus, it is very important to verify the accuracy of your order and inform of us any changes or corrections immediately upon placing your order. As all of our items are "custom" made to order, we bill the client's credit card at the time of order, which a merchant is allowed to do for custom made items. This does not mean you are being scammed. We have been in business for many years and have served thousands of customers. We simply are protecting ourselves from making a custom product that might not be paid for after we have made an item, and which we likely will not be able to re-sell to any other customer given the ways our products can be customized.
