PLEASE NOTE: All of our items are made to order just for you and are not stocked!  Thus, given high order volume, embroidered items can take up to 4 weeks to make and ship from our store (except Christmas season where orders received by December 18th will ship before Christmas).  If an urgent delivery is needed (such as for an honor flight, birthday or critical illness of a veteran for whom the item is intended), then please either e-mail us or call us at 904-425-1204 to determine if we can expedite your order.
